20-Jul-2017 14:46

Calling all artists, art students, performers and graduates alike!

Taking place every last Saturday of the month, our lunchtime crits give artists a chance to get feedback on their work from a practicing artist in a supportive and friendly environment. August’s crit will be led by Antonio de la Hera and Owen Lacey from Rice + Toye

Email us your images beforehand at at info@turf-projects.com along with any additional requirements if you’d like us to get images up full scale on our projector!

Participation isn’t mandatory – you’re welcome to simply come and view the works and take part in the discussions.

// ABOUT RICE + TOYE

Rice + Toye is a curatorial project for nice people, by nice people, supported by the kindest of founding patrons: Cook Rice and Kitty Toye.

R + T began in 2014 as a project space in Bermondsey. Cook & Kitty wanted to provide an opportunity to emerging artists to experiment with new work. Since then it has assumed different forms, exploring sites for semi-public artworks and radio, as well as continuing to produce small ublications and editions.

Rice + Toye is organised by Antonio de la Hera, Owen Lacey & Emma Enderby. Contributors include, Chris Alton, Owen Lacey BA Hons, Raque Ford, Marisa J. Futernick, Rose Goddard, Holly Hendry, Rebecca Jagoe, The Owen Lacey, Katherine Midgley, Emily Motto, Haley Newman, John Henry Newton, Valentina Pini, Helena de Pulford, Hannah Regel, Izabella Scott, Kia Tasbihgou, and Alex Wealands.
