Anne has over 15 years of experience in leading fast-growing technology companies. She has contributed to building 7 start-ups, sold a few, lost a few and IPO’d one. She says, ” With each startup, my job is to grow globally very fast and to create unique products and services. I have failed miserably several times and also have known big success. I experienced the joys of hiring hundreds of people in a matter of months and scaling my business to over 16 countries. I have also had to let go of entire teams in a few hours , close down countries, roll back products and apologise to very angry customers. Managing the highs and lows of a start-up is my life. I am addicted to it. I like to share stories and tips on scaling fast and getting back up when you get punched in the face.”

Anne is currently the CEO of Freespee – the conversation cloud company, currently experiencing hyper growth. Anne is also an angel investor and mentor in over 25 start-ups across the world.
