Join the Downsview Players in Upper Norwood this festive season as they head to London with Dick Whittington and his band of friends to try and stop the evil King Rat!
The wicked King Rat has plans for world domination, starting with London. He means to become Lord Mayor and unleash his plague of ravenous rats upon the city. The villain learns that only one can stop his vicious scheme: Dick Whittington, who is on his way from Gloucester to seek his fortune in the capital. The charming hero Whittington, with the help of the town folk, the Fairy and, of course, his beloved cat, takes it upon himself to stop the evil King Rat in a tale of love, wonder, magic and drama!
