During each session, you can expect:

A 20-minute Q&A section to conclude                                                                                                                          A 15-minute refreshment break A 30-minute guided shamanic journey with angelic reiki healing elements Optional plant medicine practice 15-minute chakra balancing and grounding guided meditation An Chakra cleanse (using sage smudging or essential oil spray)

 

 

Led by our experienced Priestess Auset, you will soon develop the techniques to cleanse, balance and align your chakras, release energy blockages, and promote healing on all levels. Our guided meditations and breathing practices are designed to restore harmony within you to promote overall wellness.Whether you are new to these practices or a seasoned pro, our classes are suitable for all levels.
